Warning Signs to Watch For
- • You were promised 0.5–1% daily returns indefinitely
- • You were encouraged to recruit downline members
- • Withdrawals stopped working and were replaced with new "products"
- • You were rolled into HyperNation, HyperOne, or follow-up rebrands
- • You paid using cryptocurrency through Tether (USDT)
The HyperVerse Story
HyperFund launched in 2020 promising daily returns of around 0.5–1% on Tether (USDT) deposits, with bonuses for recruiting new members. After early withdrawals built confidence, the scheme rebranded multiple times — HyperVerse, HyperNation, HyperOne — each rebrand requiring fresh deposits and locking up the previous balance. By 2022, withdrawals had effectively stopped for most investors. Multiple regulators have since identified it as a Ponzi scheme, and class actions are underway in the US, Australia, and the UK.
How Recovery Works
USDT transactions are fully traceable on the Tron and Ethereum blockchains. We map your specific deposit history through the HyperVerse wallets and identify where recoverable funds now sit — typically at large exchanges where the operators converted to fiat. Combined with the international class-action proceedings, this gives meaningful recovery prospects.
Our Approach
On-chain Trace
We map your USDT deposits through HyperVerse wallets to current resting points.
Exchange Action
We engage exchanges holding traceable proceeds with formal disclosure and freeze requests.
Pursue
We coordinate with international class actions and pursue identifiable promoters.
Recover
We secure recoveries from frozen exchange balances and judgments against named parties.
